About Toni
I started in logistics in 2018 after having my daughter and wanting to leave retail. I fell in love with the field during an interview opportunity. My previous roles include account manager at Hickory Transportation dealing with LTL and sales, and 5 years in retail at Verizon Wireless. I attended culinary school but pursued a teaching degree instead due to wanting family time and holidays off. Now as LTL lead I book loads, talk to carriers and customers, and manage the department while aiming for a manager promotion to grow the division.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My family really. I just want my kids to know like working hard really does pay off and that they really can do anything.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Really just you have to be headstrong and confident and we can really do anything.
