About Toni
At my core, I'm a servant leader who believes that our greatest purpose is to leave people and communities better than we found them. Whether through my professional career, entrepreneurial ventures, or volunteer efforts, I've always been passionate about connecting people with opportunities, resources, and hope.
When I'm not working, you'll most likely find me spending quality time with my three amazing children, creating memories with family and friends, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, or handcrafting all-natural soaps and body care products for my wellness brand, The Royal Body Co. I find peace in creating, giving back, and serving others.
Community service has always been close to my heart. I enjoy volunteering, mentoring aspiring entrepreneurs, supporting small businesses, and collaborating with organizations that make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Helping people succeed—whether personally, professionally, or financially—is one of my greatest joys.
Life has also taught me the power of resilience. As a survivor of domestic violence and gun violence, I've chosen to transform one of the most difficult seasons of my life into a platform for hope, healing, and advocacy. My goal is to encourage others to know that while our experiences may shape us, they do not define us.
Above all else, I strive to live with integrity, lead with compassion, and inspire others to pursue purpose, embrace growth, and never lose sight of what's possible.

01What do you attribute your success to?
If I had to attribute my success to anything, it would be what I call my Three Gs: Grace, Gratitude, and Grit.
Grace reminds me that every opportunity I've received is a blessing and that extending kindness, empathy, and understanding to others is one of the greatest forms of leadership. It also reminds me to give myself grace during life's most challenging moments, knowing that growth often comes through adversity.
Gratitude keeps me grounded. No matter how busy life becomes or what obstacles I face, I choose to focus on the people, experiences, and opportunities that have shaped my journey. Maintaining a grateful heart has allowed me to celebrate both the big milestones and the small victories.
And finally, Grit is what has carried me through every chapter of my life. From serving communities across Texas, building businesses, and empowering entrepreneurs to overcoming personal adversity, I've learned that resilience isn't about never falling—it's about getting back up every single time with even greater purpose.
I believe success isn't measured solely by titles, income, or accomplishments. True success is measured by the lives we impact, the relationships we build, the integrity with which we lead, and the legacy we leave behind. If I can inspire someone to believe in themselves, overcome adversity, or pursue their dreams, then I consider that my greatest success.
