Toni McGill

She is a substance abuse counselor, licensed clinical addiction specialist, and youth mentor with experience in addiction recovery, MAT support, trauma-informed counseling, treatment planning, and case management. She currently works with Better Life Partners, providing group therapy, one-on-one counseling, crisis support, telehealth care, and coordinated recovery services. Her background includes substance abuse counseling roles with New Season and BAART Programs, along with child care experience at Bright Horizons. She also serves as a dance instructor and assistant coach with Royal Legacy Dance Company, where she mentors young girls through confidence-building, teamwork, and personal growth.
