Toni Renee has run her own LLC since 2013, operating as a solo entrepreneur across fashion design and the solar industry. She creates fashion items including handbags and gloves featuring unique ransom note typography designs, while also developing proposals for solar-ready electric panels in new home construction and serving as a point of contact for homeowners associations on energy consultations. Toni focuses on disrupting traditional electric monopolies through solar adoption and relies on building networks to advance her ventures, guided by the principle of betting on herself and persisting through the challenges of entrepreneurship.

01What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice is to bet on yourself, rely on yourself. You can dream it, you can believe it. Never give up on yourself. Believe in yourself. Entrepreneurship is painful with failure, disappointment, setbacks, but never give up and believe in yourself because if you don't, who is going to.
