Toni Shirley

Toni Shirley is the director of Wean Dream, a nonprofit organization she has led since 2024. She first volunteered with the group in 2015 and now oversees its all-volunteer efforts to provide free Halloween costumes to children facing unique challenges, such as special needs, foster care, homelessness, or low-income circumstances. In addition to her role at the nonprofit, which is her primary passion, Toni works in the audit department at Gulf Coast Bank and Trust. Her professional background includes a long career in movie theaters, where she advanced from projectionist to regional area manager and became the first female theater manager at General Cinema, a position she held exclusively for about five years. She also built a second career in banking. While managing these roles, Toni earned her bachelor's degree and master's degree.
