Toni Sprenkle

She is an experienced executive leader, project manager, and communications professional with over a decade of experience in economic development, community revitalization, and media. Currently serving as Executive Director of Bainbridge Development Corporation, she leads strategic planning, economic development initiatives, and community revitalization efforts in Cecil County, Maryland. Prior to this role, she served as Project Coordinator at Bainbridge Development Corporation for over seven years, where she managed projects, grants, and community engagement efforts. Her background in communications includes serving as a Sports Reporter at ESPN, Research Associate at Penn State University, and Freelance Columnist for Hipolitics.com, as well as Reporter for Pennsylvania Wrestling Newsmagazine. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Penn State University with a minor in Political Science, where she graduated with a 3.72 GPA and was a Dean's List student. She is recognized as a strategic, collaborative, and community-focused leader who combines strong communications skills with deep expertise in project management and economic development to drive meaningful impact in her community.
