Toni Wiley is a Pastor, motivational speaker, nonprofit founder, and business owner based in Meridian, Mississippi, and currently traveling throughout Florida and Georgia for ministry and outreach work. Through Bible studies, conference calls, prison ministry visits, and outreach efforts serving the homeless and battered women, Toni works to restore hope and provide second chances to those facing hardship. Ordained in 2005 and 2011, Toni began her ministry journey under the leadership of Pastor/Apostle Vander Ray Jackson at House of Prayer for all nations which was located in Jonesboro, Georgia, Felicia Baker for being my rock, my back bone my armor bearer at the moment, Pastor Elisha M Daniels for being my driving force and the second woman of God to ordain me. Most of all Bishop Don Maddox for never giving up on me and seeing who really am. . In 2015, she registered a nonprofit organization in Mississippi to further expand her outreach and develop transitional services for individuals in crisis. Her work emphasizes spiritual healing, deliverance, mentorship, and hands-on community service—often providing food, resources, and direct assistance from her own means when necessary. She is passionate about supporting women impacted by abuse, addiction, and homelessness, helping them rebuild their lives through faith and structured support. In addition to her ministry, Toni is an owner and partner in a family trucking and expediting business, T&D Expediting, which helps sustain her family and ministry initiatives. She attributes her theological foundation to lived experience, spiritual calling, and years of active ministry rather than formal theological education. Guided by faith, perseverance, and a commitment to service, Toni continues to focus on unity, restoration, and empowering communities through both spiritual leadership and practical action. Empowering men and women on every day struggles giving spiritual as well as natural encouragement.

Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my progress and provision to my faith in God, persistent prayer, and perseverance through hardship. Even in difficult seasons, I have remained determined to rebuild, press forward, and continue serving others with purpose and conviction. My true intentions are not just to rebuild myself ut more so to help others in every area in live.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best advice I've ever received is always enter the situation with faith in your own abilities. Try to never show fear it allows others to feel as if you are not ready nor equipped to handle the job at hand. So, no matter what always try to stay focus and give it your all. Always put your best foot forward in live. Thats all you can do. Because if it's your best and still not enough, regroup, take deep breaths and call on your heavenly father for true strength and guidance which leads to his empowerment for the moment.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would encourage young women entering this field to never give up on themselves or their faith, no matter how difficult their circumstances may seem. Surround yourself with positivity and be willing to distance yourself from negative influences that hinder your growth. Most importantly, rebuild from the inside out—strengthen your foundation spiritually and mentally. And if you ever find yourself without a strong support system, lean on God for guidance, strength, and direction.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Some of the biggest challenges in my field right now include securing consistent funding—especially after the pandemic—navigating institutional obstacles, and rebuilding ministry infrastructure after significant setbacks. I have also experienced firsthand the additional barriers that Black women can face when establishing and sustaining ministries. Despite these challenges, I see powerful opportunities ahead, including rebuilding transitional facilities and spiritual retreat spaces, and developing tiny-home community solutions that provide safe, stable environments for those in need.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values that guide me most in my work and personal life are self-respect, respect for others, unwavering faith, a strong sense of community, and a commitment to giving back whenever and however I can.
