ToniAnn Ruggiero

She is an emergency management, community engagement, public preparedness, and outreach professional with experience in strategic planning, emergency preparedness education, youth engagement, nonprofit and faith-based partnerships, event coordination, public presentations, and disaster response. She currently serves as Program Manager for Community Engagement at the New York City Emergency Management Department, leading outreach initiatives that help residents, schools, children, youth, and vulnerable communities prepare for emergencies. Her background includes emergency operations work with the NYC Department of Buildings, consulting with NYC Emergency Management, and disaster response experience with the American Red Cross Greater New York.
