01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would say to keep on doing what you're doing, keep your just keep on trackin' along. Tracking along is what I tell them. I feel like my greatest accomplishment is the legacy from my mother, my grandmother, and my best friend, is that we just keep on doing what we're doing. Both of my younger sisters have gone on with their careers, the healthcare field and in the school education, and two of my daughters are also in the education field. I tell them it's not a job, it's going to be your career and your livelihood. These are actually fulfilling positions that we're doing for people that they can move on throughout their career.
