Tonya Little serves as a workforce development professional at the Columbus Urban League, where she has worked for 2 years. She draws on her background in customer service, call center management, and staffing to build sustainable systems that connect individuals to career pathways, employer relationships, and training opportunities. Little holds a SHRM credential and is pursuing a public and nonprofit leadership certificate at OSU while preparing for the LSAT.
