About Tori
Tori Bacon owns and operates Eye Candy Studios, a small medi spa in Vero Beach, Florida. With nearly 40 years of experience in the beauty industry, she specializes in permanent makeup, lash extensions, hair extensions, facials, and body sculpting. Prior to opening her business almost 10 years ago, she worked for Chanel Cosmetics for four years and managed several blogs, following a period as a stay-at-home mother to seven children. She holds a cosmetology license that covers a wide range of services and has completed training in aesthetics. Currently, she is pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at Arizona College of Nursing, having already earned her Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN), with the goal of expanding her offerings to include an IV drip lounge and additional aesthetic services such as Botox and fillers. Bacon attributes her success to her stubbornness and drive, noting that she worked five jobs simultaneously when first opening her business. She emphasizes the importance of integrity, honesty, and truthfulness in both her personal and professional life, and advises others to never stop and keep going forward.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My stubbornness has made me. So yeah, my stubbornness and my... Assistance, always go forward. I worked 5 jobs when I first opened my business.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
I don't know, honestly, that I've ever received any career advice. My advice is, don't ever stop, keep going.
03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
In my personal, it's, everything personal, and work is integrity. Be honest, be truthful. The enforcement of integrity.
