Torri Crowder, MLAW, is the CEO and Founder of Torri Crowder Consulting LLC, an HR relations firm dedicated to creating modern, formula-driven solutions for people management. With over 15 years of senior-level experience in corporate infrastructure, strategic planning, and HR leadership, Torri specializes in protecting employees from workplace incivility, bullying, and violence while enhancing organizational efficiency and culture. She combines expertise in HR strategy, organizational development, employee relations, performance management, and workforce optimization to help organizations implement systems that improve both people and business outcomes.
A graduate of Regent University School of Law with a Master of Arts in Law, Torri holds specialized knowledge in business law, employment law, human resources management, and international relations. Her academic and professional background equips her with a unique perspective on legal asset protection, risk management, and compliance, enabling her to design HR systems that balance operational goals with employee well-being. She is known for her ability to engage key stakeholders and foster collaboration in developing harm reduction strategies and workforce optimization initiatives.
Beyond her work in corporate HR, Torri is committed to community education and awareness. She has hosted events such as the Workplace Bullying Awareness Symposium in Virginia Beach, addressing workplace bullying as a global public health issue.
