Tosha Dash

I am the CEO and Founder of my business, where I work with clients through consulting and an academy program. My day-to-day work involves posting content for potential clients, following up with current clients, preparing for my academy throughout the week, and conducting webinars. I've been in this field since 2020, and before that I worked in higher education. I hold a bachelor's degree, a master's degree, and an MBA from Claflin University. I was honored to be chosen as 40 under 40 in Black Pages in Columbia, South Carolina in 2021, and I recently received an Alumni Spotlight from my high school district in 2025, as well as an Alumni Spotlight with the TRIO program. I am a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and I serve as the President of the Metropolitan Columbia chapter of Claflin University. Outside of work, I'm very family-oriented and love spending time with my daughter, who is the apple of my eye. I'm a foodie and enjoy going out to eat with my girlfriends, and I also love working out.
