01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would definitely say it's best to stay true to your core values and maintain your integrity and your compassion. Just embrace lifelong learning, because every day you're learning something new, and you're constantly evolving, so stay curious. I would say to advocate for yourself as you go through. Don't hesitate to pursue opportunities, ask questions, and negotiate. And like we stated last week, I really do believe it's important to seek mentorship - mentors of all kinds, so not focusing on gender or profession. I think that mentorship should be well-rounded, so someone who can offer guidance, support, and insight into your career.
