01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Stay focused. Don't get discouraged. Make your own pathway. Don't let anyone dictate to you which career path you should take. Whatever you feel is natural, or whatever you feel like you want to learn, go that route. For procurement, for supply chain, logistics and supply chain, it's endless, because it's an area that's needed in any organization.
