Her Interview

Ten minutes with Tracey Ann

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to striving and thriving every day. My family from Jamaican heritage is very sexist and does not like women to be empowered, so their hate gives me the motivation to succeed.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I have received is to control the controllables because you can't control everything. I have two tattoos that say Thrive and Strive, and I continue to strive even when thrive seems impossible.
