I attribute my success to surrounding myself with like-minded people and my spiritual growth and spiritual connections. Having people around me who share similar values and goals has been instrumental, and maintaining strong spiritual connections has guided me throughout my journey.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Do the right thing anyhow. I always do the right thing. Despite what you see going on around you, always do the right thing, because somebody is always paying attention. It doesn't matter what's happening around you or what others are doing, you need to maintain your integrity and do what's right because people are watching and it matters.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge in my field right now is keeping up with the rapid changes in technology. You really have to stay open to learning new things that are outside of the norm, especially with technology, because as technology changes from year to year, you have to be open and willing to learn. Basically, you need to be able to adapt to change. Be very open and be able to adapt to change.
