Traci Welp

She is a dynamic corporate trainer, data analytics leader, and educator with a strong background in supply chain, systems development, and continuous improvement, currently serving as Corporate Trainer and Facilitator and Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern Indiana, where she developed and instructs graduate-level courses on Leadership and Human Resources and data storytelling. She is also the Owner and Founder of Welp Business Solutions. Prior to her academic and consulting roles, she spent over four years at Mazda Toyota Manufacturing, where she established and scaled the Center for Innovation, built and led a team that delivered 60+ solutions saving over $2 million, and was the first-ever recipient of the MTM "Above and Beyond Award." She also served as Supply Chain Systems SME and as Project Manager at ORBIS Corporation. She is recognized as a strategic, innovative, and results-driven professional who combines deep technical expertise in data analytics and systems development with strong leadership and educational skills to drive organizational transformation and talent development.
