Tracie Snitker Kennedy is the President of Reverb Communications, a leading agency specializing in public relations and marketing strategies for the video game industry. With over two decades of experience, Tracie has guided Reverb in delivering innovative campaigns that connect brands with players and influencers alike. Under her leadership, the agency has earned recognition for its creative and results-driven work, including award-winning influencer campaigns like the Farming Simulator 25 custom bobblehead initiative.
Before becoming president, Tracie served as Vice President of Public Relations at Reverb Communications for nine years, honing her expertise in strategic communication, brand storytelling, and client relationship management. She also served as Director of Public Affairs at the Men’s Health Network, where she led initiatives to raise awareness on health issues and drive community engagement. Her career reflects a consistent dedication to creating meaningful connections between organizations and their audiences.
Tracie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa. Beyond her professional accomplishments, she is known for her passion for creativity, team leadership, and building campaigns that resonate in the gaming community. Based in Naples, Florida, Tracie continues to lead Reverb Communications with a focus on innovative strategies, client success, and advancing the role of PR and marketing in the dynamic world of video games.

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to stay actively involved with your team, prioritize clear and open communication, remain open to learning new things, and focus on making a meaningful difference in everything you do.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering my industry is to continue pursuing education and professional growth, confidently voice your opinions and new ideas, and always strive to be a collaborative and supportive team player.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now involve expanding our reach to more companies and making sure they know we’re here to support them. Additionally, staying adaptable and keeping up with the rapid changes happening in the world presents both a challenge and an opportunity for growth.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are taking pride in my accomplishments and serving as a mentor to help others grow and succeed.
In my personal time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and staying active through sports like pickleball and soccer.
