Tracie earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a Minor in Spanish from the University of Iowa. My advice to young women entering my industry is to continue pursuing education and professional growth, confidently voice your opinions and new ideas, and always strive to be a collaborative and supportive team player.

The biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now involve expanding our reach to more companies and making sure they know we’re here to support them. Additionally, staying adaptable and keeping up with the rapid changes happening in the world presents both a challenge and an opportunity for growth.

The values most important to me in both my work and personal life are taking pride in my accomplishments and serving as a mentor to help others grow and succeed.

In my personal time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, especially at the beach, and staying active through sports like pickleball and soccer.
