Her Story

About Tracie

I am primarily focused on the transformation initiatives happening in our business, really supporting our teams who are supporting our people through them. I partner with our project specialists and various HR teams just to make sure that we are taking care of our people through the process. I'm also responsible for reporting and making sure that we're understanding where we stand and that we're thoughtful and intentional in our strategy forward, based on what's happening and what we're learning through our metrics. What gives me a great sense of accomplishment is being able to be in a role that is so collaborative and that allows me to work so closely across the business and help us to focus on being an effective organization. That relationship building is really key for that, which is something that I really enjoy.

Ten minutes with Tracie

01What do you attribute your success to?

I would attribute my success to being very achievement-focused. At the end of the day, regardless of what I'm working on, I really get a lot of value out of knowing that the work that I'm doing creates some sort of impact. That achievement-focused mindset drives me. Beyond that, anything that I do, I certainly would also contribute to wanting to be an example of hard work and passion for my children as well.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would recommend to stay curious and really have an open mind when it comes to what path your career might take. It may end up in a very different place than what early on you might anticipate. Be willing to take risks, and above all else, believe in yourself. Be open to challenges.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are integrity, loyalty, and accountability.
