A Certified Court Manager through the National Center for State Courts, Tracy has built a distinguished career modernizing court management systems and strengthening the operational efficiency of public-sector judicial environments. Her professional journey reflects strong upward mobility, evolving from early administrative roles into senior leadership positions responsible for complex, statewide technology initiatives.

With deep expertise in court management systems, business process analysis, and government systems modernization, Tracy plays a pivotal role in translating judicial and operational needs into effective technical solutions. Her work spans agile project management, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, application support, and training development, ensuring that court technologies are both functional and user-centered. 01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to a strong work ethic instilled in me early on. I was taught to work hard, remain committed, and consistently give 100% in everything I do. This mindset has guided my career, helping me stay focused, accountable, and dedicated to producing high-quality work regardless of the challenge.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges—and opportunities—in my field is proving yourself and being given the opportunity to do so. As technology and systems continue to evolve, demonstrating capability, adaptability, and leadership while earning trust remains essential to advancing meaningful change and innovation.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The value that matters most to me, both professionally and personally, is helping others whenever I can. I believe in being dependable, supportive, and service-oriented, and I strive to use my skills and experience to make a positive difference in the lives of those around me.
