About Tracy
Tracy Civick is the founder of Front Office Coach. In this role she coaches service businesses across high-value industries on converting phone inquiries into scheduled revenue by training team members in empathy, compassion, active listening, and authentic value communication. Her career began in the golf industry, where she spent about 10 years with Club Corporation of America building club memberships through direct relationship development and playing golf with prospective members. She later entered dentistry after moving to Texas, holding every non-licensed position including phone answering, scheduling, treatment coordination, office management, regional management, and directorship before expanding her coaching practice. Civick holds only a high school education and a BLS Certification Trainer credential. She remains actively involved with the American Heart Association, volunteering to teach CPR and infant CPR skills to the teams of businesses she serves.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Failure is not fatal and success is not permanent. Keep that in mind when riding the highs and lows. The silliest statement is fake it till you make it. Every single woman has gotten to where she is because she is enough and exactly who she's meant to be. Don't try to be anybody else. Being authentic is the best gift you can give to yourself and other people.
