Tracy Creasy

Tracy Creasy is a retail store manager with 29 to 30 years of experience. She began in retail, stepped away during marriage, and returned after divorce, discovering a passion for helping guests find what they needed. A district manager who believed in her helped her learn the ropes, and she has since developed a strong focus on training and developing associates. Her background spans off-price and specialty retail as well as event planning, which has strengthened her skills in collaboration, problem-solving, and thinking outside the box. As a leader, she manages daily operations including motivating teams, merchandising, recruiting, HR, and loss prevention, while also assisting at the district level when needed. Tracy takes pride in creating a gift registry program early in her career and in developing six associates who advanced to store manager positions. She aspires to become an area or district manager to mentor multiple store managers. She addresses challenges such as post-COVID hiring by reaching out to colleges and other creative sourcing methods, and she maintains positivity to overcome any gender-related leadership hurdles.
