Q

What do you attribute your success to?

From my lived-experience with domestic abuse. It motivates and fuels my passion for the cause.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Always listen to your gut and follow your passion.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

The field of domestic abuse can be overwhelming, frustrating because of all the systems that have to be navigated by survivors. But well worth every effort you put in. Shadow if you don’t have the experience to see if it truly is for you.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Systems that the survivor has to navigate and the lack of consequences for abusers.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Integrity….mean what you say and say what you mean. Along with empathy and compassion.
