It's God. There's no other. I shouldn't even be here today after everything I've been through, but God keeps me going every day.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

If you do what you love, it never will be work. I never looked at the money. I always find a passion for helping people.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Follow your dream and passion. Be patient, keep going when you feel like quitting, keep your head up, stay focused, stay prayed up. There's no mountain you can't climb.

04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Family, respect, integrity, faith, honesty, relationships, communication, consistency, truth and authenticity. Customer service and relationships win over everything.
