Her Interview
Ten minutes with Tracy
01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my mother's constant encouragement and support as a single mother who never complained and always pushed me to do more and go farther, like when she said 'why stop there? Be a judge.' Also family support overall, and the mindset that 'if it is to be, it's up to me' along with always seeking to learn more.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
You've never learned everything about your field. Once you become the smartest person in that room, gotta change the room. Keep going and always seek more to learn. Also, 'If it is to be, it's up to me' - don't sit around and let somebody else do it.
