As the Founder and CEO of Tracy Imm Worldwide, LLC, she provides consulting, talent development, and strategic advisory services to global corporations, non-profits, and small businesses navigating transformation. Her leadership experience includes managing high-performance teams of up to 100 members, implementing global ERP systems, designing inclusive communications strategies, and facilitating large-scale change initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, organizational resilience, and employee engagement. Tracy’s expertise is further complemented by her adjunct faculty role at McDaniel College, where she mentors students in business strategy, communications, and digital marketing.
Tracy holds a Master of Science in Business and Technology Management from Stevenson University, an MBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Baltimore, and a BA in Communications and Systems Analysis from McDaniel College.
