Prior to this role, Mueller worked with Connection Exchange in Columbia, Missouri, assisting small business owners, and later provided networking support for multiple contractors in the home services industry. She is an active member of the ACA Business Club, Creve Coeur Chamber, Chesterfield Chamber, Gateway to Dreams, Heart-Centered Business, and Women Empowering Women. Mueller received the Caring Award through the ACA and contributed a chapter to a book anthology focused on purpose. She attributes her professional success to her faith, emphasizing authenticity, integrity, and being a supportive presence in her community.

Her Interview

Ten minutes with Tracy

01What do you attribute your success to?

My faith. Every decision I make is definitely through my relationship with God.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Your smile is your logo. Your personality is your business card. And the way you leave others is your trademark. And the Bible verse, love one another.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

A female adds so much of the communication piece that a lot of the home service companies are missing. There's a glue that helps that communication, just being their raving fan.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Working with a family-owned business where family dinners discuss business decisions without me present. I sometimes need to speak up more and ask to be included like via FaceTime.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Being authentic, integrity, and my faith is definitely number one.
