What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to stop living in the “to-do” list and start living from the “to-be” list. Begin by gaining clarity on your purpose and identity, cultivate awareness of your thoughts and beliefs, and lead from a place of service. When you prioritize who you want to be over what you need to do, your impact as a leader becomes far more meaningful and sustainable.
