Tracy Pryor is a classically trained dancer turned fitness and wellness coach, passionate about helping others reconnect with their bodies, restore balance, and rediscover joy through movement. Her journey began in the world of ballet and acrobatics, where she performed on stages around the globe before transitioning her love of movement into a career dedicated to holistic health. Drawing from her background in the performing arts, Tracy combines grace, discipline, and creativity to design wellness experiences that nurture both body and mind.

With over two decades of experience in fitness, dance, and wellness, Tracy’s philosophy centers on the belief that movement is a powerful form of healing and self-expression. She has taught dance and fitness in various settings, from studios to online platforms, and has guided clients of all ages toward improved strength, confidence, and inner balance. Her approach blends classical technique with modern fitness principles, emphasizing mindfulness, alignment, and intentional practice.

Tracy holds an Associate’s degree in Business Administration and Management from American InterContinental University and is a certified personal trainer through NFPT. Based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, she has owned and operated her own wellness business, Priority Fitness & Vertical Arts. Through her work, Tracy continues to inspire others to move with purpose, live with intention, and embrace wellness as a lifelong journey.
