She immigrated from China thirteen years ago, for whom English is a second language, and built her early career foundation through roles at a dealership, Bank of America as a relationship manager, and Fidelity Investments before joining Schwab. Ten minutes with Tracy

01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to being very persistent and following my dreams step by step. I knew what I wanted, like living in the U.S. and Boston, and I made it happen. I wake up early every day at 5 or 5:30 to get things done and I enjoy the process of interacting with clients and learning from them. Persistence and having a plan to achieve my goals one step at a time has been key.

02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Honesty, trust, and integrity are most important to me. I am always authentic and never lie to clients or colleagues. Being genuine allows high net worth clients to trust me because they can tell if someone is honest. I keep a framed picture reminding me to work with integrity as my principle.
