01What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to recognizing that people are an organization's greatest asset. My leadership philosophy is rooted in a people-centered approach that values both equity and inclusion, understanding that every individual has unique strengths, needs, and opportunities for growth. I strive to meet employees where they are by practicing flexible, adaptive leadership, empowering them to succeed while fostering an environment of trust, collaboration, and accountability. Above all, I believe in recognizing and rewarding individuals based on the quality of their contributions and the merit of their work, rather than traditional expectations or social norms, creating a culture where talent can thrive and everyone has the opportunity to reach their full potential.
