As Chief Executive Officer of Beacon Training Services, Inc., she oversees global training initiatives that span government agencies, corporations, nonprofits, and military organizations. Her expertise encompasses leadership development, project management, organizational development, and technology-driven business skills, with a strong focus on helping individuals and teams close skill gaps and achieve measurable results. Tricia is known for bringing energy, enthusiasm, and strategic thinking to every endeavor, building highly engaged teams that consistently deliver outcomes aligned with organizational goals.
Tricia’s professional journey is marked by a long-standing commitment to human capital development. She has held leadership roles across corporate, finance, and nonprofit sectors, including serving as Chief Human Capital Officer at Client Psyence and founding Meeting Tree Solutions, LLC. Over the years, she has designed and launched corporate and global universities, developed leaders through coaching and training, and championed innovative approaches to organizational learning. Beyond her corporate work, Tricia is deeply engaged in community and professional organizations. She has served in numerous leadership roles with ATD Nebraska, including President, and continues to advise on the Past President’s Council. She also volunteers as House Manager for Omaha Performing Arts, supporting over 500 ambassadors and ensuring memorable experiences for patrons. What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to focus on both purpose and process as you build your career and expand your network. Look for opportunities to genuinely help others, provide tangible value, and engage in projects or commitments where you can make a meaningful contribution. Be intentional with your time and energy, and prioritize experiences that align with your growth and impact.
