Her Story
About Tricia
With over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, client engagement, and data-driven strategy, I thrive at the intersection of people, process, and performance. My early career experience involves retail management, business management and then a transition to more tech-forward roles over the last 13 years. I have worked for and with organizations spanning from grass roots start-ups to Fortune 500 clients, leading multi-million-dollar project portfolios and shaping organizational culture as an operations leader and an EOS Integrator. My career has been built on solving complex business puzzles with clarity and purpose.
Whether I am mentoring emerging leaders, refining KPIs into actionable insights, or facilitating enterprise-level transformation, I bring a collaborative mindset and a bias toward progress. I am also a published author and frequent speaker on topics like customer and employee engagement and change management. Operational excellence is not just about efficiency, it is about empowering people, aligning purpose, and building resilient organizations that thrive.

01What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Treating people as colleagues and peers rather than as a boss or manager. I approach my team like we are colleagues and want people to be inspired to be around me because we're all inspiring each other to do better. I learn as much from the people that report to me as hopefully they're learning from me.
