Tricia Hill

Tricia Hill is a seasoned healthcare and higher education administration professional with more than 20 years of experience supporting complex operations, programs, and organizational initiatives. Based in Houston, Texas, she serves as a Senior Administrative Coordinator at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston), where she supports the Center for Clinical and Translational Sciences (CCTS). Throughout her career, Tricia has progressed through increasingly responsible administrative roles, building extensive expertise in operational coordination, financial administration, executive support, and stakeholder engagement.

In her current role, Tricia provides strategic administrative support for major CCTS initiatives involving leadership across the UT System, partner institutions, and external organizations. Her responsibilities include coordinating schedules, meetings, travel, procurement, financial processes, and program activities while ensuring compliance with university, governmental, and grant requirements. She also contributes to recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development, reflecting her commitment to helping colleagues grow and creating efficient, collaborative workplaces.
