01What do you attribute your success to?
I would say that constant desire to learn and take on new challenges. Because every hard problem that I've had to solve in my career has probably led to future opportunities. I am known as a problem solver.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to continue to take risks. I've jumped around to a few different roles but by doing that I've gained a lot of additional perspectives. One particular mentor's biggest advice was continue to take risks because it will make you a better-rounded person.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My biggest piece of advice is to continue to network and form relationships. That will pay off later in your career. Your reputation is everything in this business. Always think about that when you're making decisions or having conversations with people.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The uncertainty right now is difficult, and rising interest rates is the real challenge right now.
