Tricia Nardi

I am a dental operations and talent development leader with over a decade of experience in multi-site practice management, recruitment, training, and culture building, currently serving as Senior Director of Operations for Specialty at P1 Dental Partners, a role I have held since January 2026, where I support specialty dental practices and teams with daily operations and practice growth strategies in a hybrid capacity across the Midwest.

Prior to this role, I spent six years at Bright Direction Dental in progressively responsible roles, including Director of Training and Culture for seven months, where I created SOPs and training schedules, managed event planning, and supported onboarding and continued education with a focus on team synergy and culture, and Director of Operations for the Central Region for over three years, where I delivered successful practice transitions, structured weekly regional meetings and on-site seminars, developed Standard Operating Procedures, and provided guidance on best practices for daily operations and budgeting and P&L review for fourteen locations across Indiana, Michigan, and Missouri. I also served as Director of Recruiting and HR for three years, where I provided recruitment and onboarding for dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, and support positions, developed the Company Handbook, and created the Company Newsletter.

Earlier in my career, I served as Director of Recruiting and HR and Operations at Grand Dental Group for two years, where I directed recruitment and onboarding strategies, created Standard Operating Procedures for eleven practice locations, and facilitated company-wide communication and strategy meetings. I also served as Director of Client Relations and Recruiter at Dental Team Finder for over three years, where I created business development strategies and utilized LOXO ATS for efficient recruiting, and as Director of Client Services at Pinnacle Leadership Academy for eight months, where I led coaching and consulting for dental teams nationwide.

I studied Art and Art Studies at Northern Illinois University, where I was a member of Alpha Sigma Alpha Sorority and the Art Club, and graduated from Grant Park High School in the top ten, with National Honors Society and the American Legion Leadership Award.
