Tricia Turner

Entrepreneur, educator, and community workforce development leader with extensive experience building mission-driven organizations focused on senior wellness, vocational education, leadership development, and community empowerment. Founder and CEO of Senior Feet LLC, a Virginia-based senior foot-care and wellness organization providing in-home and facility-based preventive care services for aging adults through collaborative wellness and caregiver support programs.

Also serves as Founder and School Director of Nail Technology Training and Educational Center, a state-compliant vocational institution delivering licensure and workforce training programs in nail technology, esthetics, cosmetology, waxing, and senior foot care. Leads curriculum development, workforce partnerships, scholarship initiatives, military transition programs, and institutional expansion efforts focused on workforce readiness and economic mobility.

As Founder and Executive Director of Light Momentum Network, develops leadership, mentorship, and entrepreneurship programs designed to empower women, workforce participants, and emerging community leaders through faith-centered professional development initiatives.

Additional entrepreneurial leadership includes founding T Top Properties, supporting workforce housing and training infrastructure projects, and co-founding Obx Nail Technology to expand vocational education and workforce development opportunities in North Carolina.
