Ten minutes with Trinity

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

If your dream doesn't scare you, it's not big enough. Go big or go home. If you have something that you're really passionate about, use that energy and channel that drive to want to really obtain that goal. Don't be scared to put in the hard work. Make sure you hunker down, and you lock in, and you don't lose sight of that goal. Stay consistent. The words consistency and hard work and drive are the things that are gonna carry you the most if you wanna be successful.

02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

Challenges include more people my age wanting to become entrepreneurs making it harder to be successful, and needing to be completely authentic and creative. Opportunities include utilizing AI as a tool to help start businesses and find steps to get started, while being cautious not to rely on it entirely.

03What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

Number one, I have to give all thanks to God. I was raised in a Christian household. Integrity - stay honest and true to your work and to yourself. Grit - hard work, staying on task and pushing yourself to your limits. In golf, integrity is a really great word because it is a game of honesty, fairness, staying competitive, and composure.
