About Trinity
Trinity Hairston is a residential real estate agent who made a career transition from the tech industry after working there for 8 or 9 years. She has been an agent for less than a year and is focused on growing her business with long-term plans to move into home development. Trinity attributes her drive to her upbringing, where her mother encouraged hard work and focus on school to overcome challenges, leading her to set and achieve goals with determination. She is a leader within her church, where she launched a mentoring group for women earlier this year aimed at helping them realize their fullest potential. She is currently registering a nonprofit based on this initiative to support women in building fulfilling lives aligned with their purpose rather than societal expectations.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My success comes from my upbringing where my mom encouraged me to work hard and focus on school to overcome troubles. I set goals and work hard to achieve them without giving up. Friends and family describe me as determined and a go-getter who always finds a way to make things happen.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Take your time and figure out what you want instead of getting trapped in what society thinks is best. Build your career based on who you truly are and what brings fulfillment and purpose rather than money or material things. Discover your God-given path so you don't build your life around a lie of success.
