Ten minutes with Trisha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to passion and hard work. Passion gives me the drive to pursue my goals with purpose, while hard work enables me to overcome challenges, continuously improve, and deliver meaningful results. Together, they have been the foundation of my personal and professional growth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received came from my dad: do what you love. Following that advice has helped me stay passionate, motivated, and fulfilled in my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would encourage young women to first ask themselves what they truly love to do and where their passion lies. Build your career or business around that passion, because when your work aligns with your purpose, it becomes far more meaningful and fulfilling.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me, both professionally and personally, are integrity, honesty, strong character, and faith. These principles guide my decisions, shape my relationships, and keep me grounded in everything I do.
