Her Story
About Trisha
I've been in management for over 20 years, and I started my managerial career primarily in retail. I worked at Forever 21 for probably 12 of those years combined, and I've worked at Lowe's for a couple of years, Stanton Optical, and Best Buy, all while holding a managerial role of some sort, whether it was local to the store or more of a district or regional-wide position. I started at WillScot in 2024 and have just worked my way up by being authentic and having the passion to be able to coach people to be better. In my current role, we work in the construction field where we're able to supply needs to men and women on construction sites. We customize buildings and customize different options for all different verticals along the way. I have 12 reps total right now, and I'm constantly checking in with them, making sure they have the skills that they need, they have the answers they need, problem-solving. My main goal is to touch base every day with every single one of my reps, making sure they have what they need, that operation side is running smooth, and just making sure that they're winning at the end of the day. I'm a very big believer in don't tell me you can do it, show me you can do it, and I'm not gonna tell you to do something if I can't do it myself. I'm very passionate about coaching and making sure that others are succeeding.

Ten minutes with Trisha
01What do you attribute your success to?
I've worked my way up by just being authentic and having the passion to be able to coach people to be better. I'm very passionate about coaching, I'm very passionate about making sure that others are succeeding. You can teach somebody a skill, but you can't teach them a passion. For me, I'm able to lead by example, being able to strap up my boots and going on the field with my team. I'm a very big believer in don't tell me you can do it, show me you can do it, and I'm not gonna tell you to do something if I can't do it myself. I've learned from those that I've looked up to along the way, and I think that being able to do it myself and show what good looks like has been key to my success.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I think everything's important in life. I think having the opportunity to put yourself out there is important, and being able to have it either in a social media platform or just by doing the work. Just being able to put yourself out there and be open to what may come is important. I'm very passionate about coaching, I'm very passionate about making sure that others are succeeding. I believe in being authentic and leading by example, being able to get in and strap up my boots and go on the field with my team. I'm a very big believer in don't tell me you can do it, show me you can do it, and I'm not gonna tell you to do something if I can't do it myself.
