Trisha Murillo

Trisha Murillo is an accomplished Executive Assistant and Office Manager currently supporting seven executives at Character.AI, a dynamic startup in the tech industry. Known affectionately as the “mom of the office,” Trisha manages a wide range of responsibilities, from onboarding new hires and coordinating office operations to planning events and organizing daily meals for her team. Her role allows her to combine her administrative expertise with her natural ability to create a supportive and efficient workplace culture.

Trisha began her career after earning a degree in Health Care Administration from California State University, Long Beach, starting in global logistics at Expeditors in Los Angeles. She quickly progressed through roles in accounting, collections, and administrative support, ultimately finding her niche as an executive assistant. Over the years, she has gained extensive experience across multiple industries, including construction, biotech, and health care, before discovering that the fast-paced, innovative environment of tech startups perfectly matches her skill set and personality.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Trisha is deeply committed to her family and community. She is a devoted mother to two young children, including her son Kai, who is autistic and nonverbal. Trisha actively participates in local initiatives, including beach cleanups with the Pacifica Beach Coalition and donations to Voices of Recovery. She also supports community events and charitable programs through her workplace, demonstrating a consistent dedication to helping others both inside and outside the office.
