I attribute my success to a mindset of continuous growth and improvement—there’s always something new to learn or a way to do better. My family is also a major motivation: my children are my top priority, and I strive to set an example for them through my work. I’m also inspired by my parents and everything they’ve taught me, which drives me to keep pushing forward and giving my best every day.
