During this time, Trisha honed her skills in regulatory compliance, employee relations, process improvement, and risk mitigation, contributing to organizational integrity and operational excellence. Her analytical approach, combined with her dedication to mentoring and training, allowed her to make a meaningful impact across legal and human resources functions.
Currently, Trisha has transitioned full-time into the wellness and music industry as a Kundalini Yoga practitioner and wellness DJ. She produces and soundtracks retreats, ecstatic dance events, and wellness-focused workouts, traveling internationally year-round to deliver transformative experiences. Her professional philosophy centers on accessible, music-forward Kundalini practice and immersive wellness events that support self-actualization.
