Trisha Shank

Trisha Shank is a dedicated Case Manager and paralegal specializing in workers’ compensation cases at Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers in Bristol, Connecticut. Trisha began her legal career as a receptionist at a motor vehicle and personal injury law firm before advancing to a case manager role, where she handled pre-litigation cases. Her growing passion for the legal field inspired her to pursue formal education in paralegal studies, strengthening her knowledge and skills while building on her professional experience.

Trisha enrolled in college in September 2022 and earned her associate degree in paralegal studies with a remarkable 4.0 GPA. She accomplished this while working full-time, raising three children, and recovering from a serious injury that required multiple surgeries. Her determination to continue her education and career despite significant challenges reflects her resilience, discipline, and commitment to achieving her goals. Since joining Jonathan Perkins Injury Lawyers in November 2024, Trisha has earned multiple raises and has become a valued resource to her colleagues, also assisting with office accounting and helping coworkers manage their caseloads.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Trisha is deeply committed to her family and community. She actively participates in school and PTA activities, supports school photography and theater productions, and has previously coached youth soccer. She is also preparing to launch a photography business, combining her creativity with her entrepreneurial spirit. Motivated by her desire to provide a better life for her children and demonstrate that adversity does not have to determine one's future, Trisha believes strongly in perseverance and encourages others to pursue their goals with determination, even when the path becomes difficult.
