I've been a product manager at Microsoft for six years now, working primarily on AI agents. My journey started as a full-stack developer working on both front end and back end systems for a casino gaming industrial company. During that time, I interacted extensively with product managers and the business side of things, which sparked my interest in how features solve actual customer pain points. That excitement about the customer impact led me to pursue my MBA in marketing and transition into product management. I joined Microsoft straight out of my MBA program in 2020. Recently, I had the incredible experience of seeing Agent 365, a product I manage, launched at Microsoft's Ignite conference on a global stage, with blog posts and recognition from the CEO. Right now, the industry is at a very crucial time where everything is changing with AI. It's so fast-paced that AI changes every day, with new models that can change the way I worked yesterday. The product role itself is evolving toward a more generalist role, and keeping up with which tools can help me achieve my goals faster is the biggest learning curve.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I think the industry right now is at a very crucial time where everything is changing with AI. It's so fast-paced that AI changes every day, so there's a new model every single day which maybe changes the way I used to work yesterday. Just keeping up with that and making sure which one can help me achieve my goals faster is the biggest learning curve. Even the product role is evolving now. We are moving towards a more generalist role. With AI, we can achieve a lot more than we used to, so just evolving with that is the challenge.
