01What do you attribute your success to?

I would really attribute it to hard work and dedication and the work ethic and values that my parents instilled in me as I was growing up.

02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

I would say it would just be open to change, open to learning new things, and really taking the time to observe before trying to make changes.

03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

I would just say be persistent, open to learning, be receptive to feedback, and always do your best.

04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

If you're looking at the procurement field in general, it's just supply and demand, right? Like availability of products, and that's kind of a challenge sometimes. There is always opportunity to look at a process and make improvements, and there's always opportunity to build lasting partnerships with vendors.

05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

I would say honesty, integrity, and communication are the things that I really value and collaboration.
