Throughout her career, Tristen has led restaurants through periods of growth, operational transformation, and strategic initiatives while maintaining a strong commitment to people development. Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Training and Development at Chick-fil-A Copley Square, where she created and implemented leadership development programs and training systems that strengthened operational consistency and team performance. She also served as a Chick-fil-A Grand Opening Trainer, supporting new restaurant openings across the United States by coaching leaders and developing high-performing teams during launch.

Before returning to Chick-fil-A, Tristen spent six years with Starbucks in progressive leadership roles, including Store Manager, where she gained extensive experience in business operations, financial performance, customer experience, and talent development.

Today, Tristen oversees daily operations, strategic growth initiatives, leadership development, and operational excellence for Chick-fil-A Boston Delivery.
