Ten minutes with Trupti
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success as combination of 3 things:
Always start and end your communication politely- it is a simple but important key to success.
Intelligence in how I use my efforts and resources, and a commitment to continuous growth.
For me, intelligence is not simply about knowing more; it is about knowing where to put your effort. It means understanding the value of every resource—whether it is time, technology, money, or, most importantly, people. I believe everything needs to be valued appropriately. Giving something more importance than it deserves can be just as damaging as undervaluing something that is truly important. Success often comes from finding that right balance and directing your energy where it can create the greatest impact.
Continuous growth- trying to become a better version of yourself every day. That naturally requires
- continuous learning,
- hard work,
- adaptability, and
- the willingness to learn from both successes and failures.
Technology keeps changing, circumstances keep changing, and we need to keep evolving with them. For me, success has never been about reaching a point where I know everything. It is about learning continuously, adapting intelligently, valuing people and resources wisely, and becoming a little better every day.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to
Stay calm in Unhappy/Challenging situations . I know, It's difficult to follow but it's the best thing that we can do at difficult times. because nothing is permanent -neither problems nor success. I believe every challenge has two possible outcomes: if you win, you gain confidence; if you lose, you gain a lesson. Either way, you grow.
Challenges are always new door for success. So get out of comfort zone and take up new challenge. Never wait until you feel 100% ready to take on a challenge. If you keep waiting for complete readiness, you may never take that first step. Instead, accept challenges, because facing those challenges is what builds your knowledge, confidence, and capabilities.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Learn the fundamentals, because technologies will always change. A strong foundation makes it easier to learn and adapt to whatever comes next.
Bring new ideas, but support them with dedication. An idea becomes valuable when you can turn it into a real-world solution that solves an important problem.
Think of yourself first as a human and a problem solver, rather than defining yourself by gender. Focus on your capabilities, your contribution, and the value you can create.
Build a T-shaped career, develop broad knowledge across your industry while building deep expertise in the areas you are most passionate about. This combination helps you understand the bigger picture while still becoming an expert in your chosen field.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
AI is both opportunity and potential threat. Technology is changing rapidly with AI, cloud-native applications, intelligent systems, automations, big data. In AI , Challenges include cybersecurity, Ai governance, and responsible AI , human collaboration are someone challenges.
I see AI as both a big opportunity and a challenge.
Technology is changing very fast with AI, cloud, automation, intelligent systems, and big data. These technologies can help us work smarter, solve difficult problems, and create new solutions.
By 2030 around 40% of current skills will be outdated. So, we need to keep learning and updating our skills to stay relevant.
With AI, some of the biggest challenges are cybersecurity, data privacy, AI governance, responsible AI, and human-AI collaboration. It is not only about making AI more powerful, but also about making sure we use it safely and responsibly.
I believe the biggest opportunity is for people who are ready to learn, adapt, and work with AI rather than compete with it.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I believe there should always be a integrity between your mind, your words, and your actions. What you think should be reflected in what you say, and what you say or promise should be reflected in what you do. If you make a commitment, make every effort to honor it.
