What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is to trust the path I’m being called to, even when it doesn’t look like anyone else’s. Alignment will always take you further than approval.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Trust your intuition as much as your training. Stay rooted in your values, continue learning, and don’t shrink yourself to fit spaces that aren’t aligned. Your authenticity is your greatest strength.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field right now is maintaining a healthy work/life balance, though opportunities like traveling to Egypt to study have been incredibly rewarding.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I value integrity, compassion, and authenticity in everything I do. I strive to live and work in alignment with my values, honor balance and self-care, and create spaces where people feel supported, seen, and empowered.
